Learning Outcomes
By the end of the internship course, students should be able to:
Acquire substantive and detailed knowledge and understanding in the community and workplace.
Identify core values, principles and functioning processes of management and operation of the assigned organisation.
Recognise and practise the job required transferable skills.
Work effectively in a team and independently.
Critically evaluate their own work experience and issues related to their personal and professional development in a reflective manner.
